What a

QHHT Session consists of

A QHHT session lasts a minimum of 4 hours but very often my clients experience sessions that last 5-6 hours. I encourage clients to plan enough time for the session and to not have plans immediately afterward. Allowing yourself enough time to relax and fully immerse yourself in the process is very important. A QHHT session is an intense energetic experience and almost always a client will need quiet time to process the experience afterward, have something to eat and rest. You definitely don’t want to have do any critical thinking right after a session.

For the first 2-3 hours (more if needed) we will talk about who you are; your life experiences, what brings you to the session, what questions you have or what healing you are looking for. I take my time here to fully understand you as a person so that I can help you in the best way possible. Because this is a time-consuming process, feel free to bring a snack if you like but try to come to the session having already eaten a meal so that you are not too hungry

After we’ve talked, you’ll relax in a comfortable area for the hypnosis part of the session. I will set up a microphone so that you get a copy of the audio from the session and I will sit next to you in a chair throughout the hypnosis.

Once you are settled and comfortable, I will start the induction process to guide you into a deeply relaxed state, often referred to as the somnambulistic state. This is a natural state we experience twice daily—just before falling asleep and upon waking. In this state, the conscious mind eventually steps aside, allowing access to the subconscious. This part of the session lasts at most 2 hours.

During the first hour clients may experience past life memories, or significant moments from their current life. These experiences often hold direct relevance to the client’s current challenges. I facilitate this journey, asking questions to explore the scenes that emerge.

In the second hour we contact your subconscious/higher self, whichever term you prefer. This is where we ask the questions you’ve brought and/or requests to address physical ailments. The higher self may offer insights, suggest life changes, or even facilitate healing. Many clients report feeling physical or emotional improvements after a session, attributing this to the subconscious’s ability to address imbalances.

When we are finished I gently guide the client out of the hypnotic state and we review the experience.

All QHHT sessions are completely confidential. No personal information will ever be shared without your complete consent. In some cases, I might ask a client if I can share some of their experiences while under hypnosis because the information received and experiences witnessed are just simply amazing, but I will not share your name or any other personally identifiable information.

If you want to use your own phone to record the audio or record video of the session that is an option but I will also place lapel microphones on your shirt and on my shirt so that all of the audio is captured. I will send this recording to you the day of or the day after our session.  It is very important that a client listens to the audio after the session because this continues to reinforce the healing/information received during the session to help the client.

After the session be sure to drink plenty of water. It is also a good idea to eat a meal soon after the session to help you ground back into your body.

QHHT practitioners emphasize that all healing and answers come from within the client, rather than from the practitioner. The process is non-invasive and relies on the client’s openness and willingness to explore their subconscious mind.
